I placed the order Tuesday, October 8, at about 2:30 P.M. I specifically asked if the flowers could be delivered to her work place BEFORE 5 PM because that is when she leaves. They assured me that they would get there before 5. I wanted them delivered to her BEFORE SHE left, the day of her birthday. The flowers (with a note) were requested to be delivered to my friend. I gave them all the detail for the delivery. They repeated the address back to me correctly and I gave them my phone number to call if anything happened. I received no phone call. The flowers were not delivered before 5. My friend did not get them until the next morning. She even left a little after 5 and they still were not there. A co-worker that stays later than her told her they came 1 hour AFTER SHE LEFT. I am furious because I paid for a service I did not receive.
I wanted them delivered to her the day OF her birthday, not for them to be waiting for her the next morning. I left several voice mails complaining since, and asked to speak to a manager. I was promised my information would be forwarded to a manager and that I would receive a call back and NO ONE has gotten back to me and it is Thursday.
I asked my friend to describe the flowers and she told me what she got was 4 ugly flowers, 2 of them with broken leaves, and the other two were dry. They delivered dry leaves, not flowers. I paid 64.99 dollars for a service I didn’t receive.
Troy's Florist is not even a company, is a site that is dedicated to take people's money, they don't provide any kind of service! The domain was just purchased on December, 2012 and it is private! I am so bummed I did not see this a day earlier. I order a beautiful pink bouquet for my 16yr old niece and what they delivered was a table centerpiece with purple flowers??? arg
ReplyDeleteI had the worst experience with Troy's florist. I ordered flowers online 10 days ago. A lady called me back and said she could not deliver to that address normally but that since it was on her way home, she would drop it off anyway. Today, I get a call from the person who was supposed to get the flowers and she never received them!!! I called the florist and a REALLY RUDE girl sais they refunded my order and they will not deliver to that address... They never called me back to cancel the order or said they couldn't deliver before. What a lack of professionalism!!!!!! NEVER ORDER THERE.
ReplyDeleteTotal scam! I ordered flowers for my sister's 70th birthday party. They never arrived so I called. They said their truck broke down, but that someone should have called me. They offered to upgrade my order and deliver the next day. Still no delivery. I called again and they told me another story of why they never got there. I told them to cancel my order and refund my money. I will file a claim with my bank if I don't see a credit within 3-5 days.

ReplyDeleteim so pissed off. I order the flowers for saturday (since mothers day was impossible) and everything is fine...untill the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered. I get an email saying they wouldnt be able to send them until Tuesday so im like okay its fine. Sunday I get an email that they wont be sent at all?? Wtf? I didnt get a phone call and the rude lady says they didnt send me the email about getting them on (a) Tuesday.. this place sucks. I better get my money back within those 3 days. Dont waste your time and money.
